I asked my nutritionist friend to enlighten us common folk in the ways of eating properly. He said it comes down to 5 main points of focus.

1. No added sugars
2. Drink water!!
3. 80/20 healthy food to craving food ratio
4. Eat proteins first when starting a meal
5. Eat slowly so you are not cramming in food when you should be full


He also said that avocados, nuts, and olive oil are game changers.
